- Click the “Login Here” button next to “Are you a customer?”. DO NOT attempt to put a username and password in the email and password fields above. I contacted Freshdesk about removing these fields and they say it is not possible at this time.
- The process from here out is exactly like Munis. Enter your email address and click Next.
Enter your network password and click “Log in”. This is the same password you use to login to your computer.
