As of 2026, many of us are now using the newer Adobe Acrobat Creative Cloud version.
This version requires you to sign in with your Adobe account from time to time. If you see a login prompt, this does NOT mean anything is broken. Adobe periodically asks you to re-enter your credentials to verify your account.
Your Adobe login is:
- Username: your work email (example: pjones@eriewaterworks.org)
- Password: a password you created when your account was set up
Important notes:
- IT does not have access to your Adobe password and cannot reset it for you
- If you do not remember your password, you will need to reset it yourself using this link:

After requesting a password reset:
- Adobe will send you a verification code via email
- Our email security system (Proofpoint) may block or quarantine that message
- If you do not receive the code, contact IT and we will release the email so you can complete the reset
